After the Rat Race Urban Adventure I decided I needed to up the challenge having now been out of hospital for a year. After many days of discussing ideas I have decided to run a mile on the hour, every hour, for 100 hours, day and night, rain or shine then finish it off with the Bognor Prom 10k Road Race.
The event started on the 12th May 2010 in Northgate Car Park, Chichester and ended on the 16th May 2010 at the finish line of the Bognor Prom 10k.
Everyone was welcome to come and join me for a mile or two in Chichester and asked to raise a minimum sponsorship of £20.
At this point, I would like to thank St Richard's Hospital Chichester, King's College Hospital Charity London, Chichester District Council and the Bognor Rotary Club for all their help and support.
